As a SaaS (Software as a Service) provider, all our products — including Restaurant Management Software, GST Billing Software, eCommerce Solutions, Custom Software, VAN Sales Application, Clinic Management Software, and School ERP — are delivered digitally and accessed online.

Since our software solutions are non-tangible and subscription-based, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

1. Software Delivery

All Thaliahub software products are delivered electronically through secure login credentials, cloud access, or activation keys. Once access is provided, the software is considered delivered and activated.

2. Free Demo / Trial

We offer free product demos or trial access (where applicable) before purchase, allowing you to evaluate the software’s features and suitability for your business needs. We strongly encourage clients to use this opportunity before making a final purchase decision.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, Thaliahub does not issue refunds once software access or activation has been completed. However, refunds may be considered under the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate payment made for the same service or subscription.

Technical error resulting in unsuccessful account activation.

Payment made by mistake without using or activating the service.

All refund requests must be made in writing to [your official email address] within 7 working days of the transaction date, along with valid proof of payment.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Clients can cancel their monthly or annual SaaS subscriptions anytime by notifying our support team at least 7 days before the renewal date.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

Upon cancellation, access to the software and related data will remain active until the end of the paid subscription term.

5. Service Modifications & Upgrades

Thaliahub reserves the right to improve, modify, or update software features to enhance performance and security. Such updates are part of our ongoing SaaS service and do not qualify for refunds.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience any technical or access-related issues, our support team will assist you promptly. We are committed to resolving all valid issues before considering any refund-related request.
